Since you've all found this blogspot, you've undoubtedly found the one negative thing out there about me; the court incident in 2006. And to be honest, I am happy you did. Please read on.

To set that record straight- I was an impressionable 19 year old. I had Veterans much more experienced than I tell me what to say and what not to say in order to accomplish my goals, which they in turn needed me to accomplish as well. And, for a fleeting, stupid moment, at one particular mans urging, I compromised my integrity. But NOWHERE to the degree that has been stated. The details provided disgust me worse than any other individual that could ever read it. And for those who have served with me, love or hate me, they all would say the contrary about my attitude, appearance, pride, and service.

ID's from different State and Government agencies. Some of which are very difficult to obtain.

Different certifications. Electronic Warfare training, Combatives training, Spur Award, DD214, Airborne Course Diploma, Etc., Etc.

And the outcome of all of this? Charges we're dropped against me. What ended up happening? I'm sure there are lingering questions. The name thing? What a crock of shit. To be clear; I attempted to sue the writer of the article for rendering third party slander that was unverified. Of course the first amendment protected them. As it should.

Well, if you believe what you read in a ridiculously embellished newspaper article, I'd have been dishonorably kicked out of the US Army. Since then, I've been promoted to a squad leaders position, at a team leader rank (E5), and I've been sent to many of the Army's premier courses. I currently hold a Secret clearance from the Department of Defense, I've contracted with private companies overseas, won Battalion Level (1000 persons plus) Soldier of the year award, and many other commendations and achievements, both military and civilian. Among them, a commendation for assisting in saving a mans life during combat operations in Iraq in 2008, when a Fijian contractor was blown up.

After my last promotion ceremony with my Platoon Sergeant.

So if you want to know how the cookie really crumbles, just ask. I'll be glad to email you my entire Military 201 file, with names, dates, phone numbers and addresses, for you to verify just what is what.

If you are fickle, and believe everything you read, I wish you the best in life. If you don't have the balls to ask me, then you are weak, and I didn't need you around me to begin with. The rest of you know me, and know where my heart is, you know who, and how I am.

My Brothers, the ones I share biological blood with, and the ones I that I would, will likely tell anyone that I am one of the most patriotic, kind hearted, good willed men they've ever known.

Bottom line- I could hide this. I could hide from this. But as you can see, I don't give a shit. I have done more than my fair share, and will always continue to excel and outperform at doing so. Growing up with out a family, without morals and ethics, I've had to learn the hardest of ways, and the toughest lessons, from sometimes the worst kind of people and situations. I also have learned that things are what you take away from them. And what I have learned most from this incident is why a man does not compromise his integrity, never trusts without verifying, and most of all how to be resilient.

An American above all. I've been a Soldier in the US Army for 9 years, and though I've had tough times, my head and heart go to my country first. I've completed tours as a Soldier and a Private Contractor, and could not be prouder, or happier to have done it. I plan to continue to serve my country as long as I am physically and mentally capable.

Just a regular 20 something. Twisting my throttle, expanding my horizons, trying to be the best man I can be.
